Information from Swissatest Testmaterialien AG regarding the pandemic situation
In previous articles, we have already given you an insight into the situation at Swissatest and in Switzerland with regard to the coronavirus pandemic. Now that the first easing of the lockdown has been decided in Europe and now also in Switzerland, it is time for an update.
Swissatest has weathered the epidemic very well so far. Thanks to the immediate measures taken in Switzerland, but also the preventive measures taken at Swissatest, there have been no positive cases in our company or in the immediate vicinity of Swissatest. Swissatest was fully operational at all times. Swissatest will continue to take appropriate measures to ensure that this remains the case.
Swissatest will continue to be able to provide full capacity in the future and we are doing everything we can to maintain our ability to deliver. Our suppliers are also in good shape and we have ordered many preliminary products or have them in stock.
The national government has ordered the first easing of restrictions since April 27. Further easing to revive social life and the economy is planned from May 11 and June 8. In addition, the government has granted further loans to support the economy. Among other things, the airlines will also receive financial support. This is an important point in order to guarantee that air freight from Switzerland will continue to be available at all times and in sufficient capacity in the future.
Dear customers and partners, we hope that you have also been able to overcome the crisis well and that your company and your employees will slowly find their way back to normal life as unscathed as possible. We at Swissatest are ready for this and have continued to work for you during the crisis. We will be able to offer you a new product in the course of May. The reference detergent IEC-D acc. IEC 60436:2015, our article 610, will be available from mid-May.
